Welcome to Bertin Cottage
Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Peak District in the quiet village of Little Hucklow, Bertin Cottage provides high quality self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people and has recently been awarded four stars by Visit Britain.
If you are considering a visit to Britain’s first National Park, Bertin Cottage can offer you an ideal place to stay. Whatever your interests there will be something close by to ensure your visit to Derbyshire is one you will remember.
Surrounded by picturesque villages and wonderful countryside there are numerous renowned attractions in easy reach; the majestic Chatsworth Estate is less than 12 miles away. For the more energetic, the Peak District offers a fantastic outdoor playground, from walking or cycling to climbing, pot-holing or even gliding, Bertin Cottage provides ready access to it all.
The cottage has been furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout mixing the traditional with the modern. In the large kitchen diner a traditional oil-fired Rayburn is complimented by more modern equipment providing a convivial and social environment. The lounge with its log burning stove and leather sofas affords a cosy space in which to unwind and relax. We are sure you will enjoy your stay with us.
